No — most repairs are done right in your driveway or parking lot. We carry a fully equipped service van with all tools and equipment needed. We do ask that the work area has reasonable space and isn't on a steep incline for safety reasons.
We order parts per job — usually sourced same-day or next-day from local suppliers in London. We'll confirm parts availability when you book and schedule the job accordingly. Common parts like filters, brake pads, and fluids are often in the van.
Yes. All new or reconditioned parts and all labour are covered by a mandatory 90-day or 5,000km warranty (whichever comes first) as required by the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002. This is stated on every invoice.
We serve the City of London and a 40km radius covering Middlesex County — including Strathroy, St. Thomas, Dorchester, Aylmer, Thorndale, Lucan, Parkhill, and surrounding communities. No call-out fee within our standard area. A small travel supplement of $25–$40 applies beyond 20km from London.
Payment is due after the job is complete. We accept cash, e-transfer, and credit or debit card via a Square terminal. All invoices include 13% HST and are emailed or texted to you immediately after the job.
Monday to Friday: 5:30pm–8:30pm. Saturday: 10am–6pm. Sunday: 10am–3pm. Book ahead as evening weekday slots fill up quickly.
Yes. Marzo Automotive operates under 1996959 Canada Inc., registered with the Ontario Business Registry (BIN: 1001662684). Our technician is a Red Seal Certified Automotive Service Technician. We carry commercial general liability insurance and garage keepers coverage for your vehicle while in our care.
For the vast majority of common repairs, we can complete the work on-site in one visit. In rare cases where a repair requires specialized shop equipment (like an alignment rack), we'll let you know upfront and can refer you to a trusted local shop. You're never charged for work we can't complete.
The prices listed on our website include both labour and standard parts unless stated otherwise. Actual pricing depends on your specific vehicle's year, make, and model, as parts costs vary. You will always receive a written estimate broken down into parts and labour before any work begins, and the final invoice will never exceed that estimate by more than 10%, as required by Ontario law.
In some cases, yes — but only after we inspect the part and discuss it with you first. Please note that when a customer supplies their own part, our standard parts warranty does not apply to that part (our labour warranty still applies as required by law). We reserve the right to decline installing parts we believe are unsafe, counterfeit, or incompatible with your vehicle. Let us know when booking if you'd like to discuss this option.
